Can the ImageLifter™ scissor lift trolley be used in my mortuary?

YES – the superior "Linear Actuator" in the ImageLifter™ is safe to use in a mortuary, unlike hydraulic action trolleys that should not be used in certain areas like a mortuary.

What are the benefits of having the trolley powered by battery?

Ease of use and incredible accuracy.
A push button control is all the effort required to raise and lower your trolley providing accuracy for alignment. It also eliminates the cumbersome pumping by hand or foot required when using hydraulic trolleys. There are no trailing leads to cause tripping hazards. The ImageLifter™ funeral trolley uses a 240v high duty cycle DC patented battery system, so they can be recharged anytime and provide up to 150 lifts per charge.

How will I know when the trolley needs recharging?

Your trolley is fitted with an orange low charge warning light, which means you’ll never be caught without the push button "lifting muscle" of the ImageLifter™. As these are high duty cycle batteries they can be recharged at any time (you don’t have to wait for the battery to run low before recharging). We recommend an easy routine of storing your trolley in the same place at the end of the day where it can be plugged in to the battery charger.

Can my ImageLifter™ scissor lift trolley be washed down in the case of soiling from bodily fluids?

YES – your superior scissor lift trolley can be completely & hygienically washed down by simply removing the battery prior to washing.

Can I remove coffins sideways off the ImageLifter™ trolley?

YES – the smooth gliding rollers in the top have been exclusively designed to allow movement forwards, backwards and laterally. No more heavy lifting or dragging! This is now a one person job.

How do I prevent the coffin from rolling off the ImageLifter™ scissor lift trolley?

Press button ease. A second Linear Actuator has been installed to activate a braking device that is raised up under the coffin to secure it.

How do I control the movement of the trolley?

The ImageLifter™ trolley has a directional lock for forward control and two locking castor brakes at the head end.

To save me money and human resources, can one person operate the trolley?

YES – the ImageLifter™ trolley has been designed for this very purpose

How do I store my Designer Panels?

Your unique Designer Panels are so light weight that they are easily stored on their ends in a space only 600mm wide.

Can I use my Designer Panels outdoors?

YES – you can create a beautiful graveside or garden funeral service for your client families. Just send the lightweight combined ImageLifter™ trolley and Designer Panels out with your cemetery set up crew to have them in place for when your hearse arrives. Wow what a beautiful memory you are providing for the grieving family!
